Horn Machine Tools works with all of the major tooling manufacturers in North America. All tooling is designed in 3D to ensure that tools fit when they arrive and are correct for the application.
A CNC TUBE BENDER WILL BE ON TIME WHEN THE TOOLING FITS THE FIRST TIME
In order for a customer’s parts to be perfect, the tooling that is provided with a CNC tube bender needs to fit the bender perfectly and be designed correctly for the application. For a simple application, 2D drawings will suffice. On multi-stack applications, the opportunity for errors to be made increases significantly. HMT has developed a process for reviewing tool makers designs in 3D, which has virtually eliminated errors or oversights, during the design process.
