Handrail Tube Bending Applications

Handrails are everywhere. They can be found in stairwells, sports stadiums, schoolyards, buses & trains, swimming pools, and in restrooms & hotel rooms. They are made with a wide range of materials that include schedule 40 pipe, steel tube, and polished or brushed stainless steel. The CNC tube benders for handrail bending often have extended bed lengths to minimize welding and the ability to interface with BIM or building information modeling software such as Telka Structures or Revit have become increasingly important to maximize tube bender productivity. Handrails are almost always mandrel bent as they are usually very visible and the need for aesthetic bending usually very important.
