Multi-Stack All-Electric LH/RH CNC Tube Benders

The Horn Metric EMB & EMR models are an All-Electric multi-stack bi-directional rotating head CNC tube bender for bending complex shapes in a single pass.
It has the capability to mount 6 sets of tooling, with 3 sets on each bending direction, with the ability to mandrel bend tubes or push roll large radius sweeps (with the EMR model only) on the top stack in either direction.
Applications of this machine are furniture, complex symmetrical shapes, and other parts that would swing down during bending and collide with the floor or machine.
