HMT manufactures a full line of single stack all electric CNC tube benders. The HMT 6.0ECNC-SS is an extremely powerful bender with incredible torque capacity. It has the power to bend heavy wall alloys such as stainless steel, Super Duplex, and Inconel pipe, but it also has the control sophistication for bending thin-wall alloys such as Monel and titanium. HMT has designed this bender to have an ergonomic working height so scaffolding is not required.
HMT’s 6.0ECNC-SS model is very fast for a machine of this size and power. This powerful machine can bend both heavy wall pipe and thin wall alloys like Inconel and titanium with proper tooling can provide 1D bends. Like all HMT all-electric benders, this bender has automatic setup capabilities because there are no manual adjustments like jack screws. Tooling change overs are fast and a function of how fast the end-user can change out extremely heavy tooling.
