The most common all-electric CNC tube bender in existence has to be a 3″ OD multi-stack design. Almost every manufacturer that produces CNC tube benders has a design of this type.
When HMT designed its 3.0ECNC-MS model, it had to be extremely fast, capable of running 24/7 and be able to bend 3″ stainless steel on a 3″ CLR. HMT also wanted this bender to be able to hold a minimum of 4 stacks of tooling and have true multi-radius capabilities.
